When you book an appointment with Mooi Hair, we set that time aside just for you.
If you cancel with late notice it impacts us significantly and inconveniences the many other clients that have been turned away because we are fully booked.
We require a minimum of 48 hrs notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To secure some appointments, we require a booking fee that is a % of the appointment you are booking in for and it will be deducted off your service on the day of your appointment.
If a cancellation is made with more than 48 hours’ notice and you are not rescheduling to another appointment a full refund of the booking fee will be made to you.
If a cancellation or reschedule is made with less than 48 hours notice you will forfeit your booking fee.
If you do not show for your appointment you will forfeit your booking fee and we will record this on your client history for future reference.
If no booking fee is taken, a cancelled, rescheduled or no show appointment, under the 48 hour period, will incur a fee that is a percentage of the service cost added to your next bill.
If you are late for your appointment, you may be turned away or have your service altered.
To be asked to leave a booking fee to secure an appointment or reservation at any busy business is now standard practice.
We understand that accidents happen, people get sick and/or emergencies occur. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace.
We do record these occurrences to prevent abuse of the policy. Our goal is to be preventative to protect and accommodate our valued clients.
